Chris Hewett – Founder & Executive Producer
As the visionary for Mindbloom, Chris oversees the strategic alignment of the company’s mission and its products. Prior to founding Mindbloom, Chris was the Executive Producer at Monolith Productions, a top industry leader in high-end, cinematic, 3D game development. During his decade of success at Monolith, his most notable achievements include the productions of multi-million-dollar, award winning blockbusters such as “F.E.A.R.,” “Tron 2.0,” “Aliens vs. Predator 2,” and “No One Lives Forever.”
Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from University of Washington with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Brent Poole – Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Brent is responsible for the development and operation of Mindbloom’s business. Brent brings nearly 20 years of finance & operations experience with early-stage, high-growth companies. Before founding Mindbloom, Brent was an early member of the Amazon team where he was responsible for the company’s European launch strategy, and revolutionized major components of the company’s supply chain and vendor management systems. Even today, Brent’s accomplishments remain as major cornerstones of Amazon’s merchandising and fulfillment systems.
Brent spent the prior half of his career with Ernst & Young, LLP (E&Y). During his tenure with E&Y he chartered a consulting practice focused on developing financial and operating strategies for startup and early-stage concerns. Brent is a CPA and holds a B.S. degree in Business & Accounting from North Carolina State University.
Brent’s Mindbloom Life Tree reflects a personal balance he’d never thought possible – In the best physical shape he’s been for 20 years, coaching his children’s soccer teams and finally getting back to that dusty guitar.
Travis McElfresh – Co-Founder, CTO & VP of Product & Engineering
As CTO & VP of Product and Engineering, Travis oversees “getting stuff done” at Mindbloom. Prior to Mindbloom, Travis was the CTO and head of new products and business groups for InfoSpace. In recent years, Travis founded FriendsForMinecraft, a social network platform and add-on to the popular Minecraft game, and co-founded SitterScout.com, a mobile solution for parents to book baby sitters more efficiently.
Travis also served as the VP of Technology for msnbc.com during the pivotal joint venture between NBC and Microsoft where he led the technology direction that supported hundreds of millions of unique monthly users. Before joining msnbc.com, Travis was a Lead Program and Group Manager at Xbox. Travis has his MBA from University of Washington and BA from Whitman College.

Paul Ingram – Co-Founder & Creative Director
With more than 20 years of brand and interactive design experience, Paul is the creative mastermind behind Mindbloom. As Creative Director, he is responsible for driving product invention, as well as the visual expression of the corporate brand and all of its offerings. Previously, Paul founded Ingram Labs, an award-winning interactive solutions company. Ingram Labs’ clients included Microsoft Xbox, MSNBC, Experience Music Project, AT&T Wireless, Nintendo and AOL.
In the mid-1990s, Paul created the inaugural Web site for AtomFilms.com (now owned by MTV), which presents comic films and programming on the Web. Paul has been featured in the leading international publication, I.D. Magazine, as well as the book Web Design Studio Secrets.

Kris Kelsay – Chief Marketing Officer
Overseeing strategic marketing and communications, Kris is the acting Chief Marketing Officer at Mindbloom. Kris is the founder and Principal of Launch!, a full service communications agency specializing in go-to-market strategies that help bring new ideas to fruition. During the course of her career, she has launched over 250 new products, technologies, services and companies into the marketplace. Kris has also held executive management positions at Wall Data and Borland. Past clients include doxo, Glympse, Scout Analytics, Vulcan, and Consera (now HP) among others. She is a past board member of Seraph Capital Forum, a Seattle-based angel investment group, and was recently chosen as one of Seattle’s top 100 Women in Technology.

Elizabeth Quinn – Senior Content Manager
Liz is a health and fitness professional with extensive experience in wellness program design and management. As senior content manager, Liz is responsible for content development that drives the Mindbloom experience. Before joining Mindbloom, Liz managed the clinical and patient health information department at Group Health Cooperative, and also worked as a senior producer for HealthTalk.com.
Liz holds an M.S.S. from the U.S. Sports Academy, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Focusing on Health, Lifestyle and Creativity, Liz’s Mindbloom Life Tree reflects her passion for travel, cycling and combining the two as often as possible.
Ben Ringold – Principal Developer
As Principal Developer, Ben has his hands full balancing the grand vision of the product roadmap with the realities of the development process. He has spent most of his career making games on the web fun enough to attract a lot of players and stable enough to keep them coming back. Before joining the team Ben developed children’s software at Headbone Interactive, built entertainment websites for Nintendo, XBox and many game developers at Pop in Seattle and was the founder and president of Hypothetical Software, a publisher of online mystery games.
While not always green, Ben is proud of his Life Tree and the commitments it helps him keep to take care of himself, his wife, their two little boys and the old house they all share.
