    avoid processed food, modern inventions. adopt indian veg alternatives. idly and dosa instead of cereal [steam rice and pancakes] healthier, tastier. substitute potato with skin for rice and other carbs. eat veg mostly. fruit sparingly. lose weight! check your blood to ensure you are not nutionally deficient as a result
