Is there outcomes research for Spravato® and TMS?
Yes. Both treatments are backed by extensive clinical research, with meaningful results for people living with depression who haven't found relief from traditional antidepressants.
Spravato®: In a clinical trial of Spravato® used on its own, 22.5% of patients achieved remission after four weeks, compared with 7.6% receiving placebo. Improvements in depressive symptoms were observed as early as 24 hours.1
TMS: In a large real-world study, 65% of patients who completed at least 20 sessions experienced a meaningful improvement in depressive symptoms, and 32% achieved remission, based on a patient-reported depression scale.2, 3
Both are established, evidence-based treatments offering new possibilities for people who haven't found sufficient relief through medication alone. Results vary by individual.

How much can I expect to pay for treatment?
Treatment may be more affordable than you think, especially with insurance coverage and available savings programs.
Spravato®: Eligible, commercially insured patients may pay as little as $10 per treatment. Additional savings are possible with enrollement in the Spravato® withMe Savings Program.
TMS: Depending on your insurance plan, your treatment may be fully covered after applicable deductibles, meaning your out-of-pocket cost could be as low as $0 per session.
Our team will verify your benefits, explore available savings options, and provide a written estimate of your expected costs before treatment begins.
How long does it take to see results?
Everyone's experience is different, but some people begin noticing improvements sooner than they might expect.
With Spravato®, some patients experience improvements in depressive symptoms within 24 hours, although others may need multiple treatments to notice a difference. With TMS, improvements typically develop more gradually over several weeks of consistent sessions.
Your clinician will monitor your progress and help you understand what to expect throughout treatment.
What does Spravato® feel like?
Everyone's experience is unique, but many describe Spravato® as a dreamlike, meditative experience. You may feel deeply relaxed, experience a shift in your perception of time, or notice a temporary sense of separation from your everyday thoughts and surroundings.
At Mindbloom House, you'll settle into a comfortable, private treatment room designed to help you let go and immerse yourself in the experience. Our clinical team will be there to monitor and support you throughout your session, including the required observation period of at least two hours.
What does TMS feel like?
During TMS, you'll sit comfortably in a reclining chair while a device delivers gentle magnetic pulses to targeted areas of your brain.
Most people describe the sensation as a tapping or clicking against the scalp. You may experience mild discomfort or a headache, particularly during your first few sessions, but these effects often lessen over time.
You'll remain awake and alert throughout treatment, and there's typically no recovery time needed afterward.
Can I drive after Spravato® treatment?
No. Spravato® can temporarily affect your alertness, coordination, and judgment, so you'll need to arrange transportation home after each session (our team can assist you with transportation coordination).
You should not drive or operate machinery until the following day, after a restful night's sleep. Our team will review these requirements with you before your first appointment.
If I’m already taking SSRIs, will I be overmedicated?
Not necessarily. Spravato® and TMS work differently from traditional antidepressants, and both may be used alongside existing medications when clinically appropriate.
For treatment-resistant depression, Spravato® may be prescribed with or without an oral antidepressant. TMS is also commonly used alongside antidepressant medication.
Your clinician will carefully review your medications, health history, and treatment goals to create a plan that's appropriate for you. Never stop or change your current medication without consulting your prescribing clinician.
