Ketamine therapy is uniquely poised to be effective in the treatment of anxiety and depression due to how it can fuel neural growth and promote novel perspectives and insights.

By helping the brain produce a special protein called “brain-derived neurotrophic factor” (BDNF), ketamine has been shown to fertilize neural growth, and help deconstruct old patterns and behaviors by enhancing neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to adapt and respond appropriately to its own activity

Ketamine can also offer relief from negative thoughts by normalizing activity in a part of the brain known as the default mode network.

By altering connectivity in this part of the brain, ketamine can help people to break out of old thought patterns that cause anxiety and depression.

With its ability to promote the creation of new, healthy neural connections, ketamine can be a powerful tool for managing mental health.

For many people, the effects of ketamine therapy can last for months, with intermittent "boosters" extending the effects even further.

See what Mindbloom
clients are saying

I am a veteran with PTSD and severe depression. I’ve never tried therapy because I don’t like to talk about my issues. I felt instantly connected to my Mindbloom guide and opened right up. Ketamine therapy has been life-changing for me.

Jacob M.

After Mindbloom, my PTSD and depression symptoms are gone. I absolutely love my life. For so long I didn’t, and this is an astounding new feeling.

Seth M.

I was diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, depersonalization disorder, depression, anxiety, and PTSD, which were all very ingrained in my daily life. My rumination was out of control. Ketamine eliminated it. My ADHD symptoms are so much better and my anxiety has lessened. Mindbloom is a damn miracle.

Kara M.

During my first session, I was able to dig deep and find the space to forgive myself. It was huge.

Casey W.

I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and PTSD for many years. After my first Mindbloom session, I started to feel improvements in my mood and mindset. The cloud of depression has dissipated and my anxiety is now under control.

Kaleb E.

Take the next step toward peace of mind.
