Dylan is a 3x founder building world positive companies with 1 exit, 2 healthcare category leaders, and hundreds of millions raised, previously co-founding and leading growth at Voter’s Friend (acquired by Democracy.com) and Mighty. He has been recognized as a Top 25 Consumer HealthTech Executive, Top 100 Most Influential People in Psychedelics, and winner of the Tony Hsieh award for creating transformational company cultures. Dylan graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania on a full trustee scholarship.

Dr. Vando is a nationally recognized leader in psychiatry, addiction, and ketamine therapy, and he is currently also the Medical Director at Optum Behavioral Health for Medicare and Medicaid in Maryland. Dr. Vando previously built and sold a 5,000 patient private practice in NYC focused on increasing access for underserved populations. He received his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine, trained in NYCs Beth Israel Medical Center, and received a B.S. in Chemistry from Sacred Heart University.

Jack was previously a healthcare consultant at Chartis Group where he led strategy and operations projects for leading US hospitals and academic medical centers including Cleveland Clinic and Michigan Medicine. Prior to that, Jack was a technology consultant at Accenture. He earned his MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and B.A. from Bucknell University.

Adam is a 4x VP of Marketing in both B2C and B2B companies including Parlor, Placester, and InsightSquared. Prior to start-ups, he worked in management consulting as a Director at PwC. Adam received his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Vermont.

Griffin is a 4x Head of Finance in DTC Healthcare and B2B. Most recently, he was the VP of Finance at Hubble Contacts where he helped them raise $70M in funding through Series B and steered them through profitability. He also led the successful exits of Fundtech and D+H. Griffin graduated from St. John Fisher University.

Sam is a startup-experienced engineering leader who has repeatedly been the first engineering hire at high-growth companies. He was the founding engineer at Lovely, which was later acquired by RentPath, and went on to lead engineering at HouseCanary, where he helped build AI-driven systems to predict real estate values. He holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.

Jeremy is a product leader with extensive experience at innovative healthcare tech startups including CipherHealth and Included Health. He is at the forefront of leveraging AI guidance alongside psychedelic therapy to deliver transformational mental health outcomes. He has a B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania.

Georgette leads talent, culture, and HR at Mindbloom where she hired over 400 Bloomineers in her first 2 years. She was previously a technical recruiter at Amazon and Google where she recruited international talent and drove efficiency outcomes. Georgette volunteered for Psychedelic Science Review, helping scale their team 10x. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
