Founder & CEO
Dylan is a 3x founder building world positive companies with 1 exit, 2 healthcare category leaders, and hundreds of millions raised, previously co-founding and leading growth at Voter’s Friend (acquired by Democracy.com) and Mighty. He has been recognized as a Top 25 Consumer HealthTech Executive, Top 100 Most Influential People in Psychedelics, and winner of the Tony Hsieh award for creating transformational company cultures. Dylan graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania on a full trustee scholarship.
Dr. Vando is a nationally recognized leader in psychiatry, addiction, and ketamine therapy, and he is currently also the Medical Director at Optum Behavioral Health for Medicare and Medicaid in Maryland. Dr. Vando previously built and sold a 5,000 patient private practice in NYC focused on increasing access for underserved populations. He received his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine, trained in NYCs Beth Israel Medical Center, and received a B.S. in Chemistry from Sacred Heart University.

Drew is a 4x Head of Brand with a track record of building and growing iconic brands including Oculus, YouTube, Tonal, Motorola, and Zagat. He was previously the Head of Global Marketing at Oculus Rift, Sr. Director Brand & Product Marketing at Tonal, VP Brand & Product Marketing at Geologie, and spent the first 8 years of his career in product marketing at Google. Drew graduated from Yale University.
Adam Von Reyn
Head of Growth
Adam is a 4x VP of Marketing in both B2C and B2B companies including Parlor, Placester, and InsightSquared. Prior to start-ups, he worked in management consulting as a Director at PwC. Adam received his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Vermont.
Head of Provider Partnerships
Sagar is 3x VP of Sales in both DTC and B2B Healthcare. Most recently, he was the VP of Sales at Honor where he grew revenue 20x from Series B to E reaching a 1.25B valuation. Prior, he joined Klarna and PatientPop both at seed and started his sales career at Karl Storz, an international leader in medical technology. Sagar received his MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and B.S. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
Head of Engineering
Aly was previously the founding engineer and Director of Engineering at Symphony through a $1.4B valuation, where she was recognized by LinkedIn as a top 10 under 35 NextWave leader. Aly began her career as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs, and she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
Head of Product
Stephane is a 3x Product leader in B2C companies and a Kleiner Perkins Product Fellow. Previously at Sonder, he oversaw the guest experience, revenue, operations, and corporate travel products from Series C to IPO at $1.9B valuation. Prior, he was at Zynga leading Growth Product Management and began his career at McKinsey & Co. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich.
Head of Clinical Operations
Jack was previously a healthcare consultant at Chartis Group where he led strategy and operations projects for leading US hospitals and academic medical centers including Cleveland Clinic and Michigan Medicine. Prior to that, Jack was a technology consultant at Accenture. He earned his MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and B.A. from Bucknell University.
Head of Finance
Griffin is a 4x Head of Finance in DTC Healthcare and B2B. Most recently, he was the VP of Finance at Hubble Contacts where he helped them raise $70M in funding through Series B and steered them through profitability. He also led the successful exits of Fundtech and D+H. Griffin graduated from St. John Fisher University.
Michael was previously a commercial and IP case litigator for Fortune 50 companies at NYC firms Akin Gump and Ropes & Gray. Michael was named One to Watch by Best Lawyers in America and is a charter member of TechGC, an invitation-only community for General Counsels of venture backed high growth startups. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Georgette leads talent, culture, and HR at Mindbloom where she hired over 400 Bloomineers in her first 2 years. She was previously a technical recruiter at Amazon and Google. Georgette is also the host of the Psychedelia podcast and volunteered for Psychedelic Science Review, helping scale their team 10x. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
