60-Day Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
What this policy is
If you buy a Mindbloom program and decide within 60 days of purchase that it isn't for you, you can request a refund of everything you've paid. You don't need a reason, and you don't need to complete any sessions or consults first.
This policy is offered by Mindbloom, Inc. It is a promise about your payment, not a promise about treatment or results.
Who's eligible
You're eligible if all of the following are true:
- This policy was presented to you at the time you purchased your program.
- You purchased in a participating state. Participating states are listed at the bottom of this page.
- You are requesting the refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
- You have not previously used this policy.
This policy applies to the client who made the purchase. It can't be transferred to anyone else.
The 60-day window
The 60 days run from your purchase date — the date you completed checkout — not from your first consult, your medication delivery, or your first session.
You can request your refund at any point in those 60 days. Requests made after the 60th day aren't covered by this policy, though you may still be entitled to a refund for other reasons. See "Other refunds you're entitled to" below.
What you get back
Everything you've paid us for the program. That includes amounts you've paid toward medication, shipping, clinician consults, and program services. Not included are late-cancellation consult fees and add-ons such as extra 1:1 integration sessions.
If sales or other taxes were charged, those are refunded too, to the extent required by law.
If you're paying in installments: we refund every installment you've already paid, and we cancel all remaining installments. You won't be charged again after your refund is processed. If your program is financed through a third party, we return the funds to that provider and they apply them to your balance under their terms; contact them for how that appears on your account.
You don't need to return anything. Prescription medication that has already been dispensed cannot be returned, and we will never ask you to send it back or require you to dispose of it as a condition of your refund. If you have medication on hand and want guidance on safe disposal, our support team can help — separately from your refund.
How to request a refund
Call or email at [PHONE] or support@mindbloom.com.
Your first request is all it takes. There's no approval step, no review, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of your request and returned to the original payment method. If you paid with an HSA or FSA card, the funds must go back to that account.
After your refund is processed, we may ask you one optional question about your experience. Your answer has no effect on your refund, and answering is entirely up to you. We use it for internal review only.
We will never condition your refund on writing, changing, or removing a review; on agreeing not to speak about your experience; on signing a release; or on completing a survey or exit call.
One refund per client
You can use this policy once. If you purchase another program later, this policy won't apply to that purchase.
Other refunds you're entitled to
This policy is in addition to — and does not replace or limit — any other refund you may be entitled to. That includes refunds for:
- Clinical disqualification, if a clinician determines Mindbloom's program isn't appropriate for you
- Billing or payment errors, including duplicate charges
- Undelivered or incorrect orders
- Services that weren't provided
- Anything required by law, or available under our standard refund policy
These work in both directions. Receiving any of those refunds does not use up your 60-Day Refund. And using your 60-Day Refund does not affect your right to any of those refunds afterward.
For example: if you're disqualified during your initial consult and receive a full refund, you still have your 60-Day Refund available if you purchase again later.
Changes to this policy
We may change or discontinue this policy at any time, but only going forward. The version of this policy in effect on your purchase date is the version that applies to you, even if we change it later. Previous versions are archived at the bottom of this page.
Participating states
This policy is currently offered in: Arizona.
If you purchased a program in a state not listed here but this policy was presented to you at checkout, we will honor it. Contact a Care Advocate.
