Innovative Program

Beating Burnout is a unique offering that combines the best of psychology, mindfulness, and ketamine therapy to address burnout comprehensively.

Whether you’re grappling with the demands of work, parenting, caregiving, or simply the relentless strains of modern life, this pathway provides the insights and actionable strategies you need to reclaim your energy, purpose, and joy.

Faster Results

Unlock the potential of ketamine therapy to help you recover from burnout. Ketamine therapy can provide faster relief, and provide the “boost” you need to shift from surviving to thriving.

Ketamine has been shown to increase neuroplasticity, or the ability of the brain to form new neural connections. This pathway uses the brain’s increased neuroplasticity to shift behavior, alter thinking patterns, and help you adopt new, positive, long-lasting habits and perspectives.

Actionable Strategies

Dr. Shapiro's focus on practical strategies, such as reducing emotional reactivity, setting boundaries, and fostering self-compassion, highlights the program's emphasis on actionable tools to manage and overcome burnout.

You'll walk away from the Beating Burnout program with practical tools and insights, such as:

  • Identify core factors contributing to burnout.
  • Learn to observe and name emotions to reduce reactivity.
  • Address your cycle of self-criticism and counteract it with self-compassion practices.
  • Learn how to set healthy boundaries.
  • Catch your negative thinking patterns and learn how to rediscover joy and gratitude.

Engagement and Support

The inclusion of various resources, such as group integration circles and access to Mindbloom guides and clinicians, underscores Mindbloom’s commitment to supporting clients beyond the core content, enhancing your overall experience and success.
